BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors consists of nine directors elected from the membership. Directors hold office for a term of three years, from January 1st through December 31st. Directors are not limited to the number of terms they may serve. Officers are elected by the Board and serve for a term of one year. Officers may succeed themselves for an unlimited number of terms.
